Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 2, 2026
Welcome to Kitchen Kingdom. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kitchen Kingdom website, products, digital deliverables, and related content made available by Kitchen Kingdom (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our website or digital offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. About Kitchen Kingdom
Kitchen Kingdom is a premium kitchen design brand that helps homeowners gain clarity before construction begins.
We provide product-based kitchen design offerings delivered digitally. Depending on the product purchased, these deliverables may include photorealistic kitchen visualizations, design documentation, curated material direction, product reference guidance, layout concepts, dimensioned elevations, or other related digital outputs.
Kitchen Kingdom offers two primary design paths: a Curated Collection Path, where customers choose from Kitchen Kingdom’s established kitchen aesthetics, and a Custom Vision Path, where customers bring one clear kitchen inspiration direction of their own.
Kitchen Kingdom is a founder-guided, brand-forward, customer-centered design experience. However, Kitchen Kingdom is not a general contractor, architectural firm, engineering firm, construction management company, permit service, or licensed interior design firm unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
2. Eligibility to Use This Website
By using this website or purchasing from Kitchen Kingdom, you represent that:
-
You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
-
You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement; and
-
Any information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
3. Scope of Products
Kitchen Kingdom provides digital design products intended to help customers visualize and plan kitchen decisions with greater clarity before construction or renovation begins.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, Kitchen Kingdom products:
-
Are digital products;
-
Are customized based on the information, images, selections, measurements, and inputs you provide;
-
Do not include physical goods, installation, construction, project management, contractor supervision, engineering, or permit services;
-
Do not guarantee construction pricing, contractor availability, code compliance, structural feasibility, or final built results; and
-
Are intended as planning and visualization tools.
4. Design Paths and Product Scope
Kitchen Kingdom products are offered through structured design paths. Each path is intended to provide clarity, direction, and planning support before renovation or construction begins.
Curated Collection Path
The Curated Collection Path is for customers who select one of Kitchen Kingdom’s established kitchen aesthetics. These aesthetics are developed within defined design frameworks to help create a cohesive and thoughtfully guided kitchen direction.
Depending on the product purchased, customers may have the opportunity to approve the aesthetic as presented or make controlled selections through a curated catalog. Controlled personalization is intended to support cohesion and clarity. It does not create an unlimited or open-ended design process.
Custom Vision Path
The Custom Vision Path is for customers who already have a specific kitchen vision but do not see that vision reflected in the Kitchen Kingdom curated collection.
Custom Vision products are based on one clear inspiration kitchen or one cohesive inspiration direction. Customers may submit multiple images or angles only when those images represent the same kitchen or the same clear design direction.
Custom Vision does not include unlimited inspiration boards, multiple unrelated kitchens, competing aesthetics, open-ended design exploration, or unlimited revisions. If a customer submits conflicting inspiration, incomplete direction, or multiple unrelated design styles, Kitchen Kingdom may request clarification, select the clearest direction to proceed with, or determine that the requested work requires an additional fee or separate purchase.
Kitchen Kingdom will use the customer’s inspiration as a design foundation, but final selections, materials, products, layouts, and visual interpretations may vary based on availability, feasibility, design judgment, customer-provided information, and the realities of the customer’s actual kitchen.
5. Refresh and Reimagine Product Scope
Kitchen Kingdom offers Refresh and Reimagine product types.
Refresh Products
Refresh products are intended for kitchens where the existing layout or footprint remains substantially the same. These products focus on the look, feel, finishes, materials, cabinetry direction, surfaces, lighting, hardware, flooring, and overall visual design direction of the kitchen.
Refresh products do not include significant layout changes, appliance relocations, wall changes, cabinet reconfigurations, structural planning, or flow redesigns unless explicitly stated in writing.
Reimagine Products
Reimagine products are intended for kitchens that may involve a deeper transformation, including layout changes, flow improvements, island adjustments, cabinet reconfiguration, appliance placement changes, or other planning considerations.
Reimagine products may include layout confirmation and dimensioned kitchen elevations depending on the product purchased. However, all layout concepts, dimensions, elevations, and design recommendations must still be reviewed and verified by the customer’s contractor, installer, engineer, architect, or other qualified professional before construction, ordering, fabrication, demolition, or installation begins.
Kitchen Kingdom does not guarantee that any layout, structural idea, appliance placement, product selection, or design concept is code-compliant, structurally feasible, permit-ready, or suitable for construction without professional review.
6. Renderings and Visual Representations
Kitchen Kingdom renderings, visualizations, reference materials, and design documents are intended to communicate design direction, layout concepts, finish relationships, material direction, and visual intent.
Renderings are not guaranteed to be exact representations of final construction, final material appearance, lighting conditions, scale, dimensions, texture, color, product availability, or installation outcome. Actual results may vary based on site conditions, contractor execution, field measurements, product selections, natural and artificial lighting, screen settings, physical samples, fabrication methods, and construction decisions.
Customers should review all final selections, dimensions, construction details, and installation requirements with qualified professionals before purchasing materials or beginning work.
7. Customer Inputs and Accuracy
To create your purchased product, we may rely on materials you provide, including but not limited to:
-
Photos;
-
Videos;
-
Measurements;
-
Floor plans;
-
Inspiration images;
-
Aesthetic preferences; and
-
Written responses or other design-related information.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Kitchen Kingdom is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the final deliverables that result from incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or inaccurate customer-provided inputs.
If measurements, plans, or dimensions provided by the customer are inaccurate, the resulting deliverables may also be inaccurate.
8. No Professional Construction, Architectural, or Engineering Advice
Kitchen Kingdom products are for visualization, planning, and design-direction purposes only. They are not a substitute for licensed architectural, engineering, structural, code, construction, or contractor review.
You are responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals before beginning demolition, construction, fabrication, installation, permitting, or other site work.
Kitchen Kingdom makes no representation that any design concept, layout adjustment, material suggestion, or visualization is suitable for construction without review by qualified professionals.
9. Purchases and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment for Kitchen Kingdom products is processed through Stripe or other authorized payment providers we may use. Stripe offers hosted checkout tools that allow merchants to include their own terms and privacy links in the checkout flow.
By making a purchase, you agree to:
-
Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information;
-
Pay all charges associated with your purchase; and
-
Be bound by any payment terms presented at checkout.
We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.
10. Checkout Acceptance
By checking the required box at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Guidance on online agreements consistently treats affirmative checkbox acceptance as a stronger method of assent than passive website use alone.
11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
Because Kitchen Kingdom provides customized digital design products, all purchases are generally final once work has begun, intake materials have been reviewed, project files have been prepared, design direction has been developed, production has started, or digital delivery has been initiated, unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a specific product has a different refund or cancellation policy, that policy should be stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, proposal, invoice, or written purchase materials and will control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, scope, deliverables, timelines, and requirements before purchasing.
If you have a concern about your purchase, project, or deliverables, you agree to contact Kitchen Kingdom first at hello@kitchenkingdom3d.com so we can review and address the issue.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for a product that has been delivered, substantially prepared, or begun in accordance with the product purchased. Filing a chargeback does not cancel your agreement to these Terms or eliminate amounts owed for work already performed.
Kitchen Kingdom reserves the right to provide documentation to the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or financial institution in response to any chargeback or payment dispute. This documentation may include checkout acceptance, order details, payment records, intake submissions, project communications, design files, workflow history, drafts, deliverables, delivery confirmations, and other records showing work performed or delivery completed.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
12. Customer Responsiveness, Approvals, and Project Holds
Kitchen Kingdom’s ability to complete a project depends on timely receipt of customer inputs, selections, approvals, photos, measurements, inspiration materials, and responses.
If required materials are missing, incomplete, unclear, inconsistent, or not submitted within the requested timeframe, Kitchen Kingdom may place the project on hold until the required information is received. Project holds may delay delivery timelines.
If a Design Brief, Design Catalog selection form, layout confirmation, revision request, approval form, or other review step is sent to the customer and no response is received within the stated review period, Kitchen Kingdom may proceed based on the information, selections, and direction already provided, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Kitchen Kingdom is not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, reduced detail, or project limitations caused by missing, late, incomplete, inaccurate, unclear, or inconsistent customer-provided information.
13. Revisions and Product Limits
If a purchased product includes revisions, those revisions are limited to the number, scope, and format stated in the product description, checkout page, or related purchase materials.
Revision requests outside the included scope may require an additional fee or a separate purchase.
Kitchen Kingdom reserves the right to determine whether a requested change falls within the included revision scope or constitutes additional work or a materially changed request.
14. Delivery Timing
Any delivery timelines provided by Kitchen Kingdom are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Delivery may depend on timely receipt of complete customer inputs, approvals, selections, and responses.
Kitchen Kingdom is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete submissions, customer non-responsiveness, technical issues outside our reasonable control, third-party platform outages, or events beyond our control.
15. Digital Delivery and File Access
Kitchen Kingdom deliverables are provided digitally through email, download link, shared folder, client portal, or another digital delivery method.
Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their final deliverables during the provided access period. Unless otherwise stated in writing, final delivery folders or shared file links may remain available for 30 days after delivery.
After the access period ends, Kitchen Kingdom may archive, restrict, remove, or delete access to shared delivery folders or files. Kitchen Kingdom is not responsible for a customer’s failure to download, save, or back up deliverables during the access period.
16. Permitted Use of Deliverables
Subject to full payment, Kitchen Kingdom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased deliverables for your personal or internal project planning.

Kitchen Kingdom does not control third-party pricing, availability, stock status, shipping timelines, product specifications, dimensions, finish variation, warranties, installation requirements, vendor policies, or product changes.

Kitchen Kingdom is not responsible for discontinued items, pricing changes, unavailable products, vendor errors, color variation, material performance, installation issues, or differences between digital representations and physical samples.
